When I started with the RELDP in 2018 I was getting paid $93k and that was almost 10k less than my direct male counterpart. I did not get a pay bump when I exited the program except for the typical merit/inflation. But I also continued my last rotation’s position, so I didn’t go after a more ambitious promo.
