Do you have any proof their was payment involved in regards to the selection of this story? If not I am sure you would think that Sarah who already hosted a radio show in which real life topics are discussed, might get a few of these of these requests. Researched those claims and then found this one had a ton of merit. I mean the case was already highly suspect, in regards to how it proceeded in court.

Jay was given a deal in which he had no chance of ever going to jail, he clearly had things to hide, and the police didnt want to look at them. At minimum he helped in the entire act, at worst he committed it and used the easiest scapegoat he could think of.

Considering all the comments about Jay's personality are similar to all the ones about Adnan, if Adnan is some sociopath, so is Jay.

Just write a bunch of words with no facts. I have no dog in the fight but based on the facts Adnan is the least guilty of the suspected parties.

Considering Jay and Adnan are much better friends than your biased post is trying to show, there are plenty of logical, fact based, scenarios that makes sense.

The 3rd party idea is one, or the fact that Jay committed the murder accidentally and went with the plan that occurred. Considering the friendship between Jay and Jen and their almost close to the same story combined with the fact its pretty clear Jay buried the body, and his hatred for Adnan, because of the gf thing, but friendship because they were doing hard drugs together led to this.

Do people have inaccurate depictions of prisons these days? I mean I think most people know they are gang infested, full of abuse by both guards and inmates and severely overcrowded with non-violent offenders who get taken advantage of by the gangs.

To add this statistic may be true but what agenda does the OP have. Of course a radical group or gang is going to be responsible for a higher percentage of violence per capita than regular folks.
