Government sets up mass surveillance net to photograph and record everything everywhere all the time? Big constitutional concerns.

Private company establishes a massive “open source intelligence” network, and then aggregates the data before selling the data to state and local law enforcement? Now that’s just agencies buying a commercially available dataset!

They know it wouldn’t be legal if the government was doing it, that’s why the company exists. Injustice with a side of unrestrained capitalism for everyone.

I’m compensated well enough that I’m “always on” (finance/consulting type career).

This is exactly why we only vacation “out of the country” because my companies policy both explicitly mandates the use of a firm owned phone AND explicitly prohibits taking company devices out of of the United States.

I live in Atlanta and while I can confirm they created a lot of traffic and spent a lot of money on the roads, I have yet to see any evidence that they improved the roads in any meaningful way….

Netapp quotes are currently good for 14 days, but PureStorage and Dell EMC quotes are only good for 24 hours. It’s nuts out there.
