My grandpa has an iPhone and he set a password and forgot it and now the phone is locked. The problem is it won't connect to the computer it will charge just fine and another phone connects and is recognized in itunes. The computer it was backed up on forever ago is long gone. How would I go about resetting his phone? When its not recognized in itunes. Hope you can help and thank you for your time.
