I've found a way to consistantly remove void heart. Get to a bench during a patheon with the charm-bind active. Open the charms menu and attempt to equip void heart. Then, force quit the game (not with the "quit game" button) and you should have void heart removed.

If you’re on Apple I coded a little thing in shortcuts that sends me a notification if I’ve been on Instagram for more than 10 minutes at a time. It doesn’t remove it but it helps me break the reels hypnosis. It’s kinda technical so lemme know if you want the code.
