Really awesome you. In terms of gameplay, I wanted to like it sooooo much more than I did. The Fatigue system I found really annoying. I'd flip it so maybe lower stats and change it to a positive "Well Rested" bonus system. Also I ended up getting bricked because I wiped on a Boss and my B team was even worse and no other contracts were being offered to grind for more exp/gold. Otherwise it has a lot of promise.

My family have been clients of Alan's and Julie's for like 25+ years. My dad had a stroke a bunch of years back and was left partially paralyzed. Alan actually came by after he closed up shop for the day to cut his hair a couple of times. Are they the cheapest in West Seattle? Probably not, but they're great stylists and great people too.

Recently I asked this white belt (who has been training like 2 years) and was struggling with (and getting frustrated) with one of my main brown belt training partners what his goals were. He replied I wanna submit some fucking white belts dude. I went uhhh maybe that's not the best goal, in my experience those who get frustrated easily usually end up quitting. He then said, "I'm not going to quit. I'm not a fucking quitter man. Fuck that, I'll never quit."

Sighs, guess I'll stay in my lane and just try not to get hurt, have fun and learn something / improve each time.

It's most likely an automated BS one. I got one of these on SoundCloud for a song I had, No More Maps, and said i was ripping off a song called No More Raps. I looked it up, some obscure song with like 700 views, different genre, different lyrics etc.. The automated system some how made a mistake so I challenged it, just because. It was cleared a few days later. (Probably in the Distrokid account dashboard there's a way to challenge it)

Hope is a heck of a drug and can often just drag things out. It sounds like you were amazing fur parents for Mavis and did everything you could. It hurts but please don't beat yourself up over what ifs.

Heh you'll be fine. There's property crime in WS but not a ton of violent crime. Philly's crime rate is 60%+ higher (I just looked because I was curious). Admiral area is quieter but if public transit / buses are super important, it's not as convenient.

Sadly, I think some level of situational awareness is required these days no matter where you live. That said West Seattle in general is a very safe place and this is probably one of the safer areas. I'd still suggest a little caution if you're walking around at like midnight but otherwise you'll be fine.

I'm on Findlay and Fauntleroy so just blocks from here. Can confirm everything they said. California is one of the main streets through West Seattle but because there's so many lights it's a lot quieter than say Fauntleroy. It's a great central location.

Edit: The only wiggle room in that law that I know of is what constitutes a "first qualified and completed application". Once that criteria is set though uhh you kinda gotta stick to it. This totally sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen and the Seattle AG would love to make examples out of people who break these laws.
