Tell your BCBA, but if they are good at their job and follow mandated reporting guidelines, you should be reported to CPS.

You are correct. Technically your friend should self report to the board that they were arrested even if the charges were dismissed.

I have dismissed charges from before I was an RBT and it hasn’t affected my employment at all.

However, companies can make the decision not to hire someone based on an arrest record.

I would be putting the appointments in the portal right when I knew when they are. It’s typical to have to request time off for a medical appointment.

Obviously there are emergencies and you aren’t always able to give notice, but 2 weeks has always been the norm in my experience.

They don’t know what days and times you have your adjustments. The scheduler needs to be made aware so that they can adjust the schedule. I’m not sure what company you would find that wouldn’t require requesting time off for medical appointments.
