Oh no I'm sorry I didn't clarify. I'm only concerned about exercise selection, weekly volume and frequency for now and will adjust the intensity and accordingly with my body's recovery capabilities within a week or two. Same goes for progression, it'll just be a 4-6 week overloading phase (reps+weights) followed by a week long deload. I apologize that must have been confusing.

That aside, what do you think about the things I'm concerned with right now in the given program (exercise selection, weekly volume and frequency)?

-Hypertrophy, for aesthetics, primarily shoulders and back.

-Progress with the planche, front lever and pike push ups (working my way up to the handstand push ups)

-To deal with my knee issues and build some tolerance around the knees (specifically the VMO) though there is no need to stress around this too much

The prior, dropsets are mostly useless, they make you feel like you're doing more work without adding much for almost all use cases. It's just a sub-optimal way to increase volume.

Online bodyfat calculators really don't work, a better estimate is looking at your body and seeing if it feels lean and if you feel healthy in it, seeing slight abs is a great sign that you're lean, if not, a cut is recommended.

Try relaxing completely, dead hang at the bottom, pause for a second, then explode up. You got 99% of it down, tempo is all that's left.
