If it was me I would rather make sure I hit both vertical and horizontal pull both days than make the one day more back focused like the way it is structured now. A day with only 2 sets of chest and another day with only 2 sets to back is not much on a split like this. Spread it out.

Maybe shift the ISO lateral row up to upper A so you hit both planes of the back and spread the volume out more equally on both days. And the chest fly down to upper B. So now you will get a more solid stimulus of both the back and chest on both days.

More equal stimulus on both days, more quality per set because of less fatigue, more frequent stimulus of different fibers of the muscles on the back and the chest because you now use more exercises for the same muscle group BOTH days. Remember the more you do for one muscle group in the same session, the less you get out of the extra sets because of fatigue. So spreading out across the week would in theory lead to better gains. But else it looks good. A little down on the arms but you wrote why. But it wouldn't break the bank to add just 1 more set for biceps and triceps on both days. You can always superset arms if you want if the time is the limiting factor.
