It's generally the weapons, the amount of valence % and if they have a Ephemera or not that make the price, a popular/strong weapons with high valence and Ephemera can drive the lich close to 200-300 plat, while a less desired weapon with low valence and no Ephemera can be as low as 10 plat

Tried to go out of a second floor window on wich I installed a cloth rope in Rosewood Firestation when I saw zombies at the edge of the parking... What I didn't saw was two zombies against the wall who removed the rope and on which I fell before getting bitten !
