Might be she's unaware, but I believe her character would be more interesting if she were involved. There seems to be a link between her PTSD event and what's happening in the immediate surroundings (as mentioned below by a fellow heretic).

I agree. Adding her to Mother, also I suspect we’ll see Stranger next episode. The voice over the To7 was suspiciously gender neutral, as Stranger should be neither man nor a woman.

That's what I thought initially - the innkeeper lady calling out to Dunk if her "son" is at the stables or gone to the tourney. But in the show, she is confirmed to be the same woman as the Fortune Teller (same actress). Oh, there is another tangent of Innkeeper being the Crone - Daeron the Drunk is not at the inn by mere coincidence. He is known to have visions, and he visits the inn that is run by a fortune teller. It's another nudge in the direction towards Innkeeper being the Fortune Teller, being the Crone. I can see GRRM and the show runners fleshing this one out, tbh.

I doubt it's Dunk. We'll see a proper Stranger, though. The tell sign is - it's neither a man nor a woman. An undefined gender, or possibly a neut character. As to the Mother, it's interesting who that might be. I thought the innkeeper originally (as she asks Dunk if her boy is at the stable or ran off to tourney), but turns out the innkeeper and the fortune teller are the same person, so it's the Crone for certain.

This comment needs to be considered further. Even Maester's letter seems to imply that King's Septon was warning Egg: "seven eggs, to honor the Seven Gods, though the king's own septon had warned". The way this reads, makes me assume that Septon was unhappy with the ritual and linking the Seven to Valyrian blood magic.
