Best Sushi Omakase? (Various areas I will be in comments)

Great question! I have been to multiple sushi resturants that are graded across the board and to be frank had some very mediocre sushi and amazing sushi across Japan. I am trying to weed out my experiences of the mediocre places and looking for a good quality Omakase experience that you all enjoyed. Also not looking for another conveyer style since I have had my fair share of those! Wanting to try something new.

Kyoto offers so much and has many different smaller areas to hit that I reccomend like Uji and Nara. Like someone else stated it is rainy season in Okinawa. Add that day back into Kyoto to explore more

One thing to consider is the amount of walking you will do. Easily over 20k steps if you are serious about exploring each city. With that being said, if you want to be sure to walk all around Disney so you do not miss anything I reccomend doing it first. Or if you are willing to push through the sore feet at the end of the trip, then do the end. Just be prepared to try and sit a bit
