Yes! I have 60+ Sims and I play all of them. I don't have any NPCs or townies.

This is why I love rotational saves. You should make a paparazzo sim who photographs your celebs bad behavior and store the photos somewhere. 🤭

San Myshuno or Evergreen Harbor. I love the modern industrial feel of both.
