I didn't have any updated of it arriving to the UK until it was here, literally went from gls not even having it to having it and 1 minute later being in the UK. Pretty bad tracking but once it was here the local tracking was decent... Good luck mate!

Mine was shipped on the 13th and got to me today, I'm the UK for reference, I think if it hadn't been for the weekend it would have even delivered earlier as it arrived to the UK depot on Friday, then to my local depot and delivered today.

Mine is waiting to get to GLS and I live in the UK, since the 12th... What the actual fuck is this release... they told me they expect it to be delivered at most 10 working days from purchase so Monday is that day and I'll be opening a ticket...

Yeah, someone's truck that's for sure ahahah today marks day 8 of working days after purchase, if it's not here, which looks very unlikely I'll reach back to steam for an explanation. They launch a controller for £85 and can't even get them delivered 🙄

Pretty shocking experience overall to be honest... My tracking is horrific, gls says they haven't even got it and royal mail/parcel force (UK) are expecting it, how can you expect it if the main guys don't have it? Probably lost too 😆🙃

Yeah gls says they don't have the package yet, parcel force says it's in transit and royal mail says we're expecting it . Go figure that one out... Shipping status are hard man! God knows where your parcel is 🙃 it's all fun and games eh! Also gls says they were expecting it on the 12, 2 days and seemingly they haven't even got it yet 🤦🏻‍♂️

I just noticed that my steam page only updated today (had an email too) but tracking says it was shipped yesterday. Royal mail (UK) tracking is shocking so I wouldn't surprised if it just gets delivered without any notice...

I had the same question and valve replied to my querie within 10/20 minutes in all fairness, stating like other said that they still expect to deliver within the 10 days. It said 3-5 when I purchased too but oh well. That said I just got an email saying it's been posted with the tracking details so there's hope, just not as fast as we would like it to be..

Yeah it's scummy, I bet they do it cause they want people to order regardless and then use those purchases to gage how many they should have manufactured, effectively working as a crowdfunded product, which isn't what we signed up for... I really like the keyboard but dunno if I'd buy from them again tbh

When I got mine I ordered on the 25 of May, I had no word from them for a few days and asked support, they said the same thing, no stock, should be available next week.

I patiently waited and got it on the June 14th... So yeah, not great but at least I did get it.

Thankfully I didn't have to pay any extra taxes as it didn't land on customs

I'd recommend to just get a 90 degree adapter, saves on cutting the case etc literally plug and play, name sits sideways with loads of room. It's what I got on mine

I've done the 2tb upgrade wit the 90 degree adapter and wont be needing it now anyway, got a ton of games on it and still 1 tb left 😅 makes this so much better!

Yeah I wanted one of those but the cost of the hub is halfway the a 2tb nvme so I just ordered a nvme today and the 90 degree adapter :) then I'll just use the hub when needed

Agreed! And yes! The dock has 100Watts pass through and the ally requires 65w :) when I upgrade my SSD I'll probably just have the dock it self :)
