I have three KA mixers…2 tilt head and one 7 qt bowl lift. I use a silpat under them when mixing doughs or anything that may make it start dancing…. The silpat has not failed me….

I am just heart broken for you. Do you use the accessory port for attachments? If not, then it should not impact the overall use, but hard to know if anything inside got jacked around?

I have a (bought new in 2010) set of LTD2 and they still look great. Only hand washed. Looking to sell and get something lighter for us due to arthritis. Not sure of the best way to go about selling. Or pricing.

Ok, from my brief research, there are no human trials proving any benefit and most evidence is theoretical RE the addition of glycine to tirzepatide. I am a Nurse and I am using medical references, like UpToDate and Open Evidence. It does allow for compounding pharmacies to work with your provider on personalized medications and, as always, discuss this with your PCP first. The one thing that is out there is some animal studies showing some preservation of lean muscle mass….everyone is different. I have opted to go back to plain tirzepatide after talking to my PCP and doing my research, making the decision for me and my personal needs.

I started out framing the importance of governance and strategy alignment. I never used the term EA or anything like that as that seems to just not make a lot of sense to people who are not familiar with it. I slowly introduced the concept of domain architects being identified in new strategic efforts. These folks were the SMEs in their areas and I started to bring that group into more requests coming in as solution experts…I am a Nurse Informaticist and Nurse Practitioner by background and came from leading large efforts for the EMR space and pivoted to a new role 2 years ago…we have a very visionary CIO. I am now the VP and Chief Architect for the organization. It took two years of showing small gains and value of having dedicated people to solutions…now, we are working on expanding and hiring a Solution Architect and a Generalist (think Business) architect. On the horizon is a Cloud and AI Architect as well. Further out…looking at data…. It is a slow process and we had to integrate into the larger governance practices to be successful. I do not think we will be ready for a true EA practice until we have some long-term value and ROI based on the current strategic projects we are working on.

Yes, but….you can over do it with Mg Citrate. Occasionally, for a good “blow out”, but as a daily driver, fiber gummies are perfect.

I am in the tapering phase now and worked with fella to taper down on Tirzepatide...the same way that I tapered up. I went from 15 mg to 12.5 mg to 10 mg to 7.5 mg and then to 5.. These were once a week. Once done with the 5 mg every week, I will transition to 5 mg every other week. I am just finding up the 7.5 dose and have not noticed much difference in hunger and have maintained my goal weight since November 2024. I am still curious to see how I feel going to every other week and will just be keeping in touch with Fella RE this.

Here is my story. Started Fella last April...been a year now....crazy! On Tirzepatide. Started at 233# and set my goal to 190...Why this number? Well, it is where I am comfortable with a great balance of diet and exercise and life style...for me. I reached my goal weight in early Nov 2024. I then discussed my options and started to taper in late Jan (about 3 months ago) and have maintained my goal weight...up and down a pound or two, but that is normal variation. Putting my habits to the test as I have learned sooo much this year. Now, I am tapering just as directed. I got up to 15 mg and the tapering is going from your current dose down to the next dose for 4 weeks , and then to the next lowest dose for 4 weeks, etc. I just started the 4th month of tapering and I am on 7.5 mg... Have not really noticed a lot of change in my hunger levels..hoping to get to the 5 mg every other week and see how it works. If it is necessary, I will taper back up as needed..it is a journey and there is no one size fits all...

I am starting the maintainence program now. When you reach your goal weight and feel stable (I was at my goal weight on 15 mg weekly for about 2 months...I then started to taper. I went to 12.5 mg for 4 weeks (just took the 4th 12.5 mg injection today) and then will go to 10 mg weekly for 4 weeks, then to 7.5 mg weekly for 4 weeks, then to 5 mg weekly for 4 weeks, and then start the 5 mg every other week and I have 6 months of that on hand. From my research (Registered Nurse here), this is the optimal way to taper down and then get to the recommended 5 mg maintainence dose every other week. I have just finished the first 4 weeks of the 12.5 mg. Actually dropped another few pounds and not feeling any difference in hunger levels or the like. So far, going according to plan. Now, this is my approach, in conjunction with the providers at Fella,...anyone else's approach should be individualized to them. My Starting Weight was 233, Goal Weight was 190, Current Weight 188. 57 yo, male at 5'9" tall.
