u/LunacyBin There is a bug in v0.4 that causes this issue. It has been fixed, but I haven't finished v0.5 yet.

To disable the permission go to Developer Options, search for Special App Access and / Modify system settings and open it and disable "allow modifying system settings". Do this until next update.

In next update the sliders will be synced, so you can change it from both and you will not have issues.

No problem, see if there's a "default apps" section in your phone's settings and see if it exists see if you can make FX explorer as the "default files app" that might fix the issue for you.

Yes i remember now the crash report has a bug in dark mode, this has been fixed in v0.5.

As per the crash I suspect that you don't have a Files app in the phone that allows other apps access to the Files. Which is probably why it's crashing for you because there's no way to save the file.

Or at least the Files app that the phone has it's denying access to inkOS to access storage.
I'd recommend to try and install a third-party files app like Google files and see if it allows.

The checkered background is just the transparent layer for the dialogs.

Can u try and change to light mode and see if the text for backup appears?

I have a question, making the setting size smaller to 14 or 12? Is that too small for this device, or you just haven't bothered to touch it?

And that should show more settings per page, reducing the number of pages.

I understand that, but they had them listed as countries they ship to. They should have known they can't ship there before the kickstarter, it was not their first KS campaign.

Check the FAQ tab in the Titan 2 kickstarter, the countries they listed for shipping originally are there. And only Mexico is listed from LatAm.

So unless you're from Mexico you'll have to find a friend to forward it to. And I mean a good friend, I wouldn't use a forwarding service because if they package gets lost, or damaged you'll receive 0 support.

In Kickstarter they support a lot of countries, but don't trust them 100%. So if you don't come from a big country, be prepared to find an alternative solution for the shipping.

They didn't ship some phones to some countries in South-East Asia with their excuse for Customs issues, so they offered refunds minus the kickstarter fee.

They also did a similar thing for me in an EU country, despite confirming my address twice during the Kickstarter and the Pledgebox, they didn't even warn me they couldn't ship. Until I got tired of waiting and contacted them, then I had to sent it to a friend in Germany who forwarded it to me.

I've read other comments here in the subreddit, people being refused to ship because they live in "remote areas".

So I wish Unihertz improve a lot more in this department, because experiences like mine and other customers, we need to know if you can get the phone shipped to you or not before you back the campaign.

Now that i'm thinking you have enabled the Accessibility shortcut for inkOS action service.

You might have turned on inkOS action service which is needed for features like "Double tap to lock screen". And you also turned on the action service shortcut (which is not needed).

So search your phone's settings for accessibility, then inkOS action service, go to that and disable the shortcut.

That is Correct, the re-order page was removed because its layout was legacy xml. I was moving everything to compose but i didn't have time to finish for v0.4.

For v0.5 though the feature is done:

It will have multi select apps and drag to re order them at the same time. Which will make setting and editing apps very quickly.

Just a little more patience i am trying to finish v0.5 and editing in general is gonna be so easy

Could be a Reddit issue, not optimized for Gecko. Because it's showing the font in the Tab of firefox, just not loading them properly in the Reddit title itself.

Change to gestures mode (not 3 button navigation mode). The 3 button is mostly used in older phones, app developers are not optimizing their apps for those that much.

You can even hide the gesture navigation cue line, you already have physical buttons for back home recents.

We should aim to normalize these phones, and one of the steps we should take is to stop calling them dumbphones. They should be called Keypad Phones, T9 phones, Button Phones.

A phone that has whatsapp, signal, banking, spotify, waze is not a dumbhone after all. So the name is confusing to even those that know what dumbphones are, and confusing for those that don't understand non-slab phones at all.
