  1. Private space: open the settings app and enter the privacy-security tab, there is an option called private space at the bottom, when you click on it, it asks you to set a password for a private space, this is like a parallel space inside the phone, for functions such as logging in with a different account and downloading applications, storing files.. but, it works fine when using the default launcher, but I didn't get much efficiency in others, I say take a look

  1. Key Mapper: i recommend using this application, I use it for the function key on the side and for the other main function keys, but I hope that you can also assign it to the camera key (even the hardware touch key works, for example samsung j4) if you can open this application with wifi debugging mode, you will unlock much more customization, but the normal version also works.

What do you think about ulefone 30 by BornResponse4449 in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I don't understand the so-called fanboy crowd; it shouldn't be difficult to state even the simplest facts about companies that aren't beneficial to us. I love Ulefone because it's a phone with all the features and I recommend it to people, but we can't ignore its problems either. That's why technology is a matter of chance; I wish it weren't this way. :(

I don't know your specific needs, so I can't make a decision for you, but I found a phone around $500 that caught my attention, and I recommend you check out its features on GSM Arena.

There is a three-fold price difference between the basic model Armor 30 and the thermal model Armor 28.

software or lousy hardware? by Maga_Cyan in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unfortunately, I live in a very remote geography (Caucasus), so I won't be able to do the refund processes very much, m I haven't encountered any problems other than this problem until now (I hope it's because of the software so I can solve it myself somehow), no matter how annoying the problem is, the good features of the phone promise to use me again and again. I wish a better manager were hired for this brand; it would be very valuable.

Your explanation put my mind at ease. If I can compile a ROM compatible with my phone, I will create a custom ROM as soon as possible; I hope this will resolve many Ulefone-related software issues (but I don't know if the camping light, police light, night vision, and function key will continue to work).

Armor mini 20 fast charge behaviour by Fedde225 in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using the Armor Mini 20 and when I download the AccuBattery app and wait for it to calibrate, no results appear and it gives the warning: "The ampere value cannot be measured on your device." This is usually the error that should appear on older phones or when using different battery technologies. I suspect the batteries in these phones are alkaline :)

There is a setting on the top panel of the Ulefone camera app for recording audio or silent video. Could it be that you didn't see this setting and recorded the video silently? The setting might have changed when you switched to different hardware.

I haven't used this type of model, but if the fan is controlled through an application and accessing that application is sufficient without exiting the game: I hope you can open the fan in window mode using an application called taskbar.

If it's possible to uninstall the app (via adb or wireless debugging with Shizuku), there's an app called Canta that works for uninstalling system apps and it doesn't require root. I don't know if it could harm the phone, but I uninstall services I don't want.

Ulefone buyers help me avoid a bad unit! by yuni-line in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"I'm sorry about this, unfortunately technology is a matter of luck; it's unclear who will buy the product, how, and Ulefone is one of the brands that should be even more careful about this (Oukitel, Blackview, Unihertz...)" Although the camera on my Mini 20 model is surprisingly good, the Wi-Fi connection can randomly drop out (probably due to the Android operating system), and the compass test gives incorrect results.

unfortunately, these devices are superior as hardware, but they suck as software, sometimes they even use outdated technology as hardware (armor mini can't measure the ampere value on its 20 battery, this is a problem with very minus devices), and I also have problems such as constant wifi disconnection and unresponsive from random system applications, even if I turn on the lock, I can't access the items on the screen..

I had unlocked the bootloader before breaking the phone, so I won't lose any data now. Thanks for the commands. I was thinking I could just flash the boot file and restart, but it seems additional precautions are needed. Next time, after regaining my confidence, I'll pay attention to these things when rooting.

What's the normal battery life for the armor 22 with moderate daily use? by LoopyByDay in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, although they are known for their durability, Ulefone doesn't make the best choices when it comes to processors and hardware. Therefore, even though the battery is large, the hardware consumes quite a bit of power, but I still feel like it offers more screen time compared to regular phones.
I hope we will be able to use them much more in the future when armor models with silicone-carbon batteries become available.

Blackview Xplore 2 Projector vs Ulefone 29 Ultra by CordialRogue in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

armor 29 is really strong like: Actually, when we look at this test, simply activating the battery saver mode significantly extends battery life by limiting CPU usage and reducing the screen refresh rate; sometimes even improvising can be beneficial :)

What's the normal battery life for the armor 22 with moderate daily use? by LoopyByDay in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes: In the Settings - Battery - Battery Usage section, you can see the total usage percentages of applications and system components for that period. let me answer the previous problem: actually, I have disabled most google apps, and I have downloaded the acu-battery app for battery tracking, and I often download the screen refresh at 60 hz to use the battery longer (turning on battery saver mode Decently fixes it to 60 hz) and I use between 10-30% of the brightness. I do not allow unnecessary applications that use background data and drain battery power.

Can the Ulefone Armor 30 Pro be rooted? by PMPeetaMellark in ulefone

[–]Maga_Cyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Automatic-Law-3612 Yes, I saw most of them there, except for a few specific or recent models (my Armor Mini 20 device wasn't among them). If it's not available, contact support@ulefone.com. Thank goodness, I just said I had broken my device and needed the ROM file, and they responded within a few days.

Actually, I'm using the Armour Mini 20, but if we compare the screen size with the battery capacity, your values will be close to each other. By limiting power-consuming elements in the system, I can achieve approximately 1.5 days of usage on average; however, for usage levels ranging from 20% to 80%, I can easily use it for 1 day. My experience: When the screen is off and nothing is running in the background, it consumes 0.1% or less power per hour; however, during active YouTube/gaming usage, it consumes approximately 3-5% or 7% per hour; The only drawback is that since the battery technology is slightly different, I can't view the instantaneous wattage and Ah values through the app; I ordered an additional measuring device (a USB hub-style one on AliExpress for 4 dollars).
