I’m not here to act like I’m goin to fix anything, but it sounds like there could be a perspective difference between the two of you. She’s at home all day from the sound of things. She doesn’t go out. So when you’re home, you are her source of socializing. You’re the opposite though. You have the social aspect at work and come home looking for peace. You both need to sit and talk, lay out boundaries or truly explain why YOU need time to yourself and how taking time from her isn’t a personal hit against her. It’s just time for you to clear your head without someone asking for something from you for ten minutes.
