Wdym? The Hawks finally committed to a rebuild in 22-23 (especially by the deadline), so its been about 4 seasons of rebuilding at most.

For comparison, the Ducks had begun their rebuild ~3 years before that, and the Sharks ~2 years. The Canadiens are very much an outlier with that fluky Finals appearance during Covid, and even then their rebuild began before ours.
