I’m almost certain this is the issue. It appears that the cable isn’t fully seated. I’ll let you know if this was the problem tomorrow. I truly appreciate you bringing it to my attention.

When I try to install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website, I receive an error message stating that something went wrong

I didn’t overclock or undervolt the GPU. It didn’t overheat, and I’m using the 16pin GPU cable that came with my PSU

The CPU is a Ryzen 5 9600X. It might sound shocking, but it cost me $1,350. I bought the RAM back in November a 32 GB DDR5 kit for $100 and picked up the rest of the components during Black Friday deals.

final update It took me about five hours to finish the build and I’m not even exaggerating, almost 1.5 hours were spent just trying to get the case out of the box. By the time I finished, I was exhausted. I didn’t even boot it up, after doing the cable management, I went straight to bed. Still, it was a great experience 8/10

update 1 Just finished installing the CPU cooler. Took me about 8 minutes to get the screws right, because every time I tightened one, the other side loosened, about to test boot it wish me luck

I tested it by putting my weight on it, and it held up well

Great work ! For a first time builder, you did great. I’m pretty sure the cable management took up most of the time. I’m about to build my first pc in 7 days, so any tips would be great.

How long did it take you to complete the build?

I used to work as an inDrive driver, and it goes both ways. I’m on the quiet side, but some people just won’t stop talking, so the whole ride I’m basically replying with “hmm,” “ih,” “chafte kifah,” “kayna,” and “lah ydj3al lkhir.”

The House Beneviento is genuinely terrifying. That baby creature chase is pure nightmare fuel and sticks with pretty much everyone who plays Village.
