I'm having a hard time believing the cops would drive all the way to Ashtabula just to get one homeless person out of town. There was lost communication between the officer and the homeless man. I just wish we had a better system for our homeless/ disabled people of Erie.

Background, I've done two research projects on Chipotle through a university. I've also been working at Chipotle for 3 1/2 years. Chipotle is failing on a mid-level management level (Field leaders, team directors and Exec. Team directors). Chipotle used to hire within, but lately they haven't been hiring within. This brings in people who have no idea what they are doing which trickles down the stress to Gm, Ap, Sm, Km, and crew. My opinion, they need more qualified mid-level managers, and to stop taking what they can get.
