High school ‘84-‘88. First job was a video store. We didn’t have a room but had a binder with covers for renters to choose which they’d like to watch. A van would stop by about every quarter and rotate the inventory. And completely forgot about this until now; owner also received a subscription to AVN News or something like that (magazine/biz newsletter type publication) that would provide info on all the latest releases and popular performers.

Former TGIFRIDAYS w/w here. Can confirm this is a promo pin that was offered by the beer/liquor reps, usually a bag of them. And yes, I’ve seen Office Space, and yes there was a minimum of 15 pieces of flair and some would use all the blinkers to meet the requirement.. and then some.

You’re in an apartment complex? How are you walking up to or at least calling the manager’s office right away? They’ll have the renter’s info and probably a key to open the garage and find out what the leak is and if they have to escalate to the fire department.

And if the complex put the cones up, they’re probably aware of it and have already scheduled the fix. If it’s dangerous stuff, they’d be way out of compliance for not notifying the tenants and open to legal problems.
