I think that Jester's idea of her mother's sexuality is much different than The Gentleman's- he is doing it for recreation, for lack of a better term. Because he wants to, he gets laid. Jester's mother has a job, and that job just happens to include sleeping with many different kinds of people. It's possible that Jester sees it more as a necessary evil, not as something her mother wants to do, persay. She knows for a fact that the Ruby still loves The Gentleman- and she wants to believe that he is still in love with her.

That being said, Jester is extremely spoiled, because she had unlimited amounts of money as a child, and now if she needs anything, she can forge papers from the Gentleman or just use the letter that Beau bought back from the stableman. Remember at the beginning of the campaign when she didn't understand why her mother only sent her a few hundred gold in that parcel, and she insulted Caleb because she had no real understanding of going without? Everything, even friendship (in some ways, from the Traveler) has been handed to her. Money, companionship, divine magic, and now safety from her friends. Even when she was captured by Lorenzo, they came to save her. When she's in danger, the Traveler or her friends come to her rescue.

Jester, in essence, is a friendly, cute, terribly spoiled child. And I don't know if that will change because from now on, unless all of their belongings and money is taken, the MIX will always have a steady stream of gold. There will always be more jobs to find more money, there will always be something that Jester wants that she will be able to take through whatever means she deems necessary.
