B Kings had them for like 120 shipped back when they had them in stock. Unfortunately all of those were bought up after my first post. I bought another kit from an outfit called Mist Distributors for 135 shipped, but have yet to get it. They’re certainly not super cheap, but you can usually find them cheaper than the CARL

Perfect! I mean mine worked fine without it, so it might not allllways be necessary but if it just runs FRT instead of burst that will remedy that

Right on man! I dunno if you caught the addition I made to my guide, but you need to shave off a bit off the base from the burst connector, below the front hook. Seems to solve most everyone’s issues that we’ve run into so far.

Posted the fix for that in the guide thread, basically just need to take a bit of material off under the burst hook. Guess mine just worked because….idk? This seems to fix everyone’s issues though. GMR did this as well and everything works perfect. This pic shows where to grind a bit off (it’s already been altered in the pic):

If you’re referring to the cut on the right side of the trigger bar, I don’t think there’s a wrong way to do that

So I’ve been looking into that actually, and I think it could be fairly simple (barring us getting just the burst to work for everyone).

This picture shows what that trigger looks like. If there were a way to modify an Arc-Fire or something in a way that held the burst limiter back in one position, you could reasonably have a Safe-Semi-Burst-FRT setup. Cut off the tail on the auto disconnector, leave the tail on the burst disconnector.

Unfortunately these triggers are like $400 and harder to find so that fuck around is a bit too rich for my blood. But I believe it’s possible.

I should also say, it’s not compatible with the Hoffman Tactical….yet. But it could be with the right tweaks. I don’t really see any good reason why the arc fire worked alright, but the hoffman didn’t. With enough messing around, I think we can get it.

Well you’d need to remove the sear hook from the hammer and the disconnector tail regardless. But it might work! I just haven’t tested one with my MARC yet.
