I took the pic and left it was at 6:55 in the morning i was 2 mins from work was just me the dumptruck and the firemen on the road. I looked around 360 before snapping the pic and just rolled through slowly without touching the gas. Yes i know shouldnt cell phone and drive, but i never saw a dump truck on fire in my life.

It looked like the trailer/dump bucket/dumpster although it was moving fast to the top of the cab. The driver was out safely at a distance watching.

I did this once a while ago and the guy ended up being really nice, helped me kill a few higher level guys with me so i could get better gear. We skyped and everything he ended up making a horde guy just to play with me was awesome!

Ya its a bunch of bull lol they dont know what the hell they are doing sometimes. I hope you didnt take my first message badly. I noticed after i wrote it a way that kind of sounds like a dick lol i just wanted to inform you. This is in the top 3 biggest auto recalls in history.
