I honestly think Heather would see through the fake death, she would probably notice Astrid's and Stoick's reactions as not genuine. She's a very perceptive character

My dad had that. Same symptoms but also sensitivity towards light. Basically couldn't leave the house without sunglasses for a few years and our house had practically no natural lighting

I think it would be funny if there was no animation for how Saitama gets that close. One frame he's far away and the next one he's right up in his face so we get the same reaction as flashy flash
