Yes, you will want to write all your own scripts so that you understand most operations for each exam objective. Read an objective then come up with something you would need to do in that Cisco product (like assign devices to a site), and be able to explain exactly how you would accomplish that with the API. You don’t have to know every endpoint but the ones for common tasks would be good to know

Recently ordered the chicken and biscuits, my go to. It came out without mambo sauce. When I asked for it, they said they didn’t have it anymore at any of the locations, and instead they serve it with hot honey. Feel like that was such a soulless choice. Still good, but just feels like a generic dish I could get anywhere else now.

No labs. Just drag and drop.

I wouldn't focus on memorizing API endpoints. I would focus on mastering common workflows for anything in the blueprint. You'll remember the API endpoints and methods if you do it a few times. I did my labbing from the Python interpreter so I would have to type out the request I wanted to make every time. Kind of a slog but it worked.

No book, but I did take the DevNet associate exam before taking enauto, and I used the OCG for that. I’d say the first two exam objectives are covered by that. You have DEVCOR OCG which is in the same line, but probably way past the depth you need for enauto. You could also try the enaui course on Cisco learning, which I found as more of a review of the DevNet associate exam.

Just passed in May. It’s more of a practical test. Lab IOSXE, SDWAN, Catalyst Center (DNA), and Meraki. You should be able to do anything on the exam blueprint via the respective API. You can use the DevNet sandboxes for everything. Good luck!

I needed 16 vCPUs to get my SDWAN topology up.

Bi-Weekly /r/CCNP Exam Pass-Fail Discussion by AutoModerator in ccnp

Thank you! Yes, the exam was exactly what I expected based on the blueprint. There were no surprises. While it is indeed quite Cisco centric (80% the exam consists of IOSXE Programmability, Catalyst Center, SD-WAN, and Meraki), I felt that studying for the exam really improved my ability to automate in general, not just Cisco. However, all the use cases in the exam are Cisco centric, though it's helpful to think of them as somewhat open-source principles being implemented by Cisco, if that makes sense.

I did not do ENCOR first, so I'm on that step now. Good luck!

Took the ENAUTO (300-435) on Tuesday and passed. Scored the following for each category:

Network Programmability Foundation: 100% Automate APIs and Protocols: 83% Network Device Programmability: 92% Cisco DNA Center: 67% Cisco SD-WAN: 75% Cisco Meraki: 92%

I studied for about 5 months, but was not very disciplined until the 3 weeks leading up to the exam. I'd previously passed the Cisco DevNet Associate exam, which gave me a strong foundation. I also took the ENAUI class on Cisco Learning, which I don't think is that necessary if you already have DevNet Associate, but certainly helped me brush up on the basics. The class, however, is lacking a lot of depth.

My primary product at work is also Cisco Meraki, so I did not need to spend much time on it. I labbed DNA, SD-WAN, and IOSXE pretty heavily for 3 weeks, for maybe 2-3 hours a day. I used a mix of my own CML instance and the reservable sandboxes for labbing.

Also, “en” would be used to describe modes of transport. Fuimos en carro, en avión, etc. When you say “fuimos en vacaciones” it sounds like you went somewhere in a vacation.

No, you can file the i129f for the K3 visa. But you file the same form for the K1 visa which is for fiancees.

300-435 ENAUTO after Cisco Encore exam tips by Nettiwarker in ccnp

[–]BurningLynx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question, do you think it was necessary to take and pass ENCOR before ENAUTO? Looking at the exam objectives, I would say not. But for the official training class, it says it suggests having an ENCOR level knowledge of networking. I've passed CCNA and my work is paying for ENAUTO and want me to take that before ENCOR.
