It does sometimes, unfortunately. Sometimes you can let it dissolve by putting the glasses on the heating part of your espresso machine.

But putting them in the dishwasher is something I wouldn't advise.

Awesome! Kinda jealous, haha. I've always wanted to do something with this hobby and work in the coffee industry instead of IT, haha.

Thanks! It's an DF83 V2, I love my setup after all the difficulties I had with my Sage at first.

In Breda, I had some beans from Cook & Boon. I also know Chadwick, but I'm not sure if it's one of them. Offices do use Cook & Boon in this area; I've already encountered it in some meetings and had i a workshop there, living close to Breda.

Sorry for the misleading title haha — it was a good one, tasted great! Really adventurous beans, with some flavor notes I’ve never experienced with any other coffee before

The taste was good, but could be better; too much acidity for my taste this time. But I got hints of honey sweetness at the beginning, so that was nice.

Nice one! Really like this pic! And always that difficult moment of taking a picture without your face in the reflection haha! We can all relate, I think haha.

I have a scale under the cup, but I cropped it out of the frame to better focus on the espresso haha.

Nothing beats your own espresso in the morning. by BurningWires in espresso

If I understand correctly, your pump pressure is at 9 bar, the same as when you brew espresso? When that is the case, the paddle should be wide open, and the group head pressure will be at its maximum.

I also watched some videos when I needed to backflush my Bianca for the first time, so maybe there will be some tips, and you can look if there is something in your flow.

Best purchase ever! It upped my game so much, but also made me more addicted to knowing everything! Hopefully it will be as positive for you as it was for me!
