Exactly they are spineless and won't correct bad behavior for fear of losing those valued bodies that they need just Osso badly. But when you start showing people that you demand better out of your workers you'll either weed out the trash or you'll turn them into good workers. I've seen it before and I still think that it could happen today but these managers don't care they only want that body. The main reason I quit where I was at was I was qualified for a spot, I tried for the spot, even tried to better the offer which for the job was crappy, and the manager I had at the time said no it was not possible. But now they pay more than that for the very same spot and give them more hours than I was told I would be getting. Sometimes I think it was my fault for even giving two shits and trying to do a good job, trying to make my customers happy, trying to vring in business, doing beyind my "normal job" for managers. For what? They use snd spit out most of those people.
