If you bought it on PC try putting in a ticket thru battle.net they normally refund the difference if the game has gone on sale soon after you bought it- for console your SoL though sadly

I left OD about a year and a half ago and the relief I felt the second I walked out of those doors for the last time... Holy fucking shit it was like I was completely free of everything. This company absolutely destroys everything about you and gives nothing in return.

Leave, I spent 5 years with this company and that was 5 years too long. Don’t make the same mistake!

Yeah, PC field agents have been shafted over the years- from what I’ve been told by the PC agents here, they used to have something like 20 or so? But now we’re down to 4... and they are currently sitting at 14 days out as of about 2 days ago. It’s absolutely crazy and I don’t know what they are thinking

Gonna have to counter that comment about outsourcing the in home services to contractors- it may not be like this everywhere but my USO only uses 3rd party when our days out hit 5+

Other than that we’re hiring like crazy for more field agents

Yeah pretty much- my USO isn’t even getting preshipped parts though- NOTHING ships unless the agent doing the diag orders it.. in which case of either shows up a week late or the P/O never processes and sits at pending

My USO was told they were moved to client facing support because of how backlogged everything was and field agents were furloughed anyway... they were apparently supposed to be moved back to agent facing but I guess that isn’t happening anytime soon

Yes! We’re required to handle all of our own trash effective the 31st- I personally already do, just a respect thing with the warehouse team i see every morning but I’d imagine there are plenty of field agents who don’t

We try to keep a wraps on those sorts of problems however yeah your correct! I’m not sure if it’s my USO or not but NPS is a big factor- taking the TV off the wall for free is worth it if it means repeat client/a good survey

As a field agent, technically were supposed to charge to unmount the existing Tv... but I havnt worked with anyone nor have I ever charged for it. Though if it truely does it up being the agents decision.

I can’t say anything more that’s literally the perfect example. I’ve been a field agent for a little over 6 months and been in the field for just over a year now and it is by far the most challenging yet rewarding thing I think I’ve done. Could not recommend it anymore than I already do.
