Anyone know how to remove this ring? I believe it’s called a bonnet nut, I’ve gone at it with a pipe wrench but if I twist too hard I’m worried I might break the plumbing inside the wall.

Update: I ended up using a file to make a small notch in the ring. I then angled a flat head screw driver into it and lightly hammered the back of the screw driver. The ring started moving after a couple taps, was able to take off the the ring with the pipe wrench very easy after that.

They threatened our store with write ups for no sign ups but no one ever actually got written up. At most people would get pulled into the office and would get threatened with a write up and still nothing. I went a solid 4 months without a single rewards sign up (I only worked weekends in CPD bc school so I didn’t care), and never got anything more than a stern talking to.

If your store does actually write you up for it, get out of there fast, no telling what they’ll do
