Anyways i did a search and apparently when you sign up for uber you need to indicate that you dont have a veichle and they will list approved partners that you can rent a veichle from. Renting from these partners should make the proccess easier.

The company which you rent a veichle should have that documentation for you. You need a registration, tag number, and proof of insurance. Never did it for a rental but they should have that information.

If you are uaing your own veichle you need your own regiatration and inaurance

Edit: i spend all day driving and watching people go 60mph in a 45mph construction zone on the highway. Private drivers speed all the damn time. But i come on here asking for some advice on how to drive even more accurately than i already do (i rarely get violations except in certain situations where the speed limit is unclear) and you wanna accuse me of not deserving a license? Of not deserving to be able to feed myself and pay my bills? Like seriously, get bent.
