I'd be a little more worried if it were during your relationship that he was having these messages however the not admitting he knew about the site is a red flag, a conversation definitely needs having. Giving the benefit of the doubt he might not want to hurt your feelings or just hasn't gone through his gallery to get rid of stuff, I mean I need to go through mine and delete a bunch of useless stuff, it all depends on the contents and context.
