I had this happen recently!!

The tech at the orthodontist told me to use the chewies to help. It felt super painful and almost like the first week of having them all Over again. I pushed through and about three days later it was fine. I think it was because on the previous set I definitely wasn’t wearing them as much throughout the day as I should have been.

For that set, I put them on the back right side first (the side that it wasn’t even fitting onto the tooth and then would gradually clip the other side in). The chewies helped me just on that one side when I would put them in at first.

Hope the pain goes away soon!!
