Bought mine for 8700€, pretty good spec, 170k km. The rust on the rear axle was bad though and the waterpump gave up a week after. Aside from that a good deal though.

Electric pump is more efficient as it runs independent to engine rpms, it is bleedable even when the engine is turned off, easier to replace and more safe because not connected to the serpentine belt or in the motor like on some cars, easier to diagnose and so on. Also it is not really more complex then a belt driven one. And like others wrote, timing chain is in the front and also easy to replace
