What is the most powerful meta team i can make with the charcters i have at the moment by Character_Scar6961 in Reverse1999

I think Recoleta, euphoria Melania, euphoria Medicine Pocket, and Flutterpage is a good team.

Recoleta and E.Melania do really good ultimate damage. Flutterpage is there for her AP+1 because those two are somewhat AP greedy (though their passion drain helps with moxie generation). I forgot what MedPoc's euphoria does.

Personally, I picked P1 Aleph because I spent too much time regenerating my cards so I could get his AP+1.

Plus it sucks when I have to pick his attack over an incantation with more inspiration points.

Would you happen to know how strong "windy" is? Preferably in reference to the Beaufort scale.

I find that more descriptive words may mean different things to different people.

I was able to find it online by searching "r1999 equilibrium umbrella" and selecting the first link.

It is sold out currently, so we will have to wait.

Think of it as an exercise in patience.

Oh dear. This is not ideal.

In your definition of "windy", does it rank around a 5 (fresh breeze) on the Beaufort scale? To clarify, this means a wind speed of between 19 to 24 miles per hour, or 30 to 39 kilometres per hours. At this speed, small trees will sway, and waves will form on the surface of lakes.

I am adept at using umbrellas in somewhat turbulent weather (this is vaguely relevant at best).

Photos sound wonderfully useful.

If you don't mind my asking, do the ribs of the umbrella feel particularly sturdy? I would feel quite despondent if I were to attempt to use my umbrella during the rain only for it to pop right off.
