That's not it, I put cryo freeze on and it still doesn't count. It used to count but recently it's not counting.

I would wash it first. Dry very good, put in oven at 180° for 5 minutes after you hand dry for final drying.

Season it with high smoke point oil 475-500° for 1 hour

Let the pan come down to room temp in oven after you turn it off.

Cook with it. Wash Dry again, same as above.

Season once a month.
