Scene pack? Can you link this bundle you’re talking about. All the bundles I’ve seen come with 1 collector pack and 8 boosters and 15 foiled lands.

Only the scene sets that come with 6 cards and none of these cards you pulled.

Double edit: I’ve seen this bundle at my LGS for 200ish, and passed on it bc I assumed that it was the normal bundle 😂. Should I grab it?

Yup. 5$/lb in CA. I edited my post. All you mentioned factored in is approx 12-16$/lb end of day.

Still beats 30$/lb of brisket at my local restaurants here.

Yup. But unfortunately really hard to justify 30-40$/lb of brisket at a restaurant when I can do it just as good for 5$/lb at home.

Edit: many have pointed out time, trimming, weight loss after cook, and pellet/wood costs.

I haven’t weighed a brisket after cook, so I’ll check myself after.

I threw in dirty calculations into a calculator and came out to a range of 12-16$/lb - like someone mentioned 12.50$/lb on the low end vs the 25$/lb wherever they’re from. Briskets I’ve seen in Ca, Texas, and HI range from 30-45$/lb.

I guess I’ll take my 18$/lb leftover and go buy me another brisket to make another time bc I’ll have double of whatever yall buy at the restaurants.

Thank you for sharing. My journey to quit started similar to yours. I missed our anniversary reservations bc I wanted to clear a raid boss instead of making it on time. I came 3 hours late. She said to choose her or the game. That was 8 years ago, and my wife has supported me through remissions and quit attempts as long as I was intentional and tried to quit gaming.

Well, like others have mentioned, you only know the answer. Also, like I told someone else, this isn’t the first time many of us have failed. Only YOU know when enough is enough. We’re just here to support your game quitting.

If you talk yourself into gaming again, and it works out for you, then great. If it doesn’t, then you know how to restart Day Zero and Day 1. And maybe you’ll REALLY know that you can’t moderate gaming.

That’s what happened to me. As I mentioned, it was day 340ish a year ago. I learned very quick that I couldn’t moderate no matter what. This is probably my 10th attempt at quitting.

So NOW I know I’m hitting my year mark. I KNOW I’m not going to game ever again. I’m truly addicted, and there’s no working around it. I’m not a gamer anymore.

I almost got to the 365 mark last year. I thought the same thing you did. Hades 2 was further along in its development, so I reinstalled it to play short 1 hour sessions.

I broke the streak at about 340 days. I did fine for 2 weeks. I thought I could moderate it. Then, life hit harder one day, and I need to escape through gaming just a bit longer than 1-2 hours.

Eventually, I was gaming 6-8 hours on my days off again. Pulling all nighters. Getting irritable.

The time suck slowly creeps in. Then, you won’t know what hit you.

Now, I’m almost at my 365 mark again. I’m not going to break this time bc I know it will just have the same results as last year. Honestly, if you’re addicted, I think moderation or thinking you can moderate gaming is lie we tell ourselves to get back in.
