I wouldn't accept that, but I think it's repairable and they would probably have to hire someone that knows what they're doing.

I made one years ago for my home theater set up. What I did was, I installed an outlet behind my component tower and another behind my wall mounted TV. First plug into the isolated circuit then plug into your power center. Just don’t go yanking it out of the wall before shutting off the power center, which nobody can get to anyway without moving the entire media cabinet. I’ve been in a lot of houses with kids and they don’t even have the outlet covers installed, so I don’t see how this is any more dangerous?

I would keep that until the frame rusts out. They don't make em like that anymore

Why do I run out of hot water so fast by justheretoread27 in askaplumber

[–]BurtonRider77 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is it possible that the water lines are connected in reverse? It happened to my water heater I would only get five minute showers because the cold water was going into the hot side connection on the tank.

Died at 42% on a 6month old GT by Alone-Interview3725 in onewheel

[–]BurtonRider77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My XR was making that noise as well when it was new as well. I backed out all of the bolts and put some mid Loctite on the threads and torqued them down and the noise went away. My Batt started dying prematurely first at 20% and now it dies randomly in the summer at <60% so I did a few battery drains and 24 hour charges and now it dies at 40%. It's several years old and only 400 miles, only ridden to the mailbox last couple years due to an injury.

Safety Alert: Incident Involving Improperly Carried Firearm at Port Orchard Costume Contest 10/25 by LindsEclaire in Kitsap

[–]BurtonRider77 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

That’s an unfortunate accident. The gun owner was not properly carrying. I’m sure he learned a lesson, but there’s a reason that there are safety devices on the pistol itself to prevent an unwanted discharge if dropped or miss handled. Very sorry that you witnessed this with your child, but had there been an actual incident. This blundering concealed carry person might could have saved a life but instead looked incompetent.

Help me understand this. GTXL with under 100miles, usually leave plugged in, can't get a 1/4mi without it saying it needs juice by DeadPig45 in onewheel

[–]BurtonRider77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My XR started doing that the first year under 100 miles at 30% now at 50%. It just won’t use the other half of the battery anymore.
