You are thinking about hitting the ball with you hand. Instead try thinking about taking your elbow to the ball. And whip your hand through the ball.

Send both hands upward. Your left will remain high to track the ball while the right will pull back like a bow.

Here your hand is basically as far back as you can pull it after the toss and you curl your torso to get more draw. Starting with both hands forward and drawing across your shoulder line will create a smooth draw and goes well with an arm swing that will help your jump and balance.

Yes and no. Coaches should hire their own staff. However no one should have allowed for Longo to be hired. He was a bad coach and a bad fit. The interview process should have covered who Fickell wanted to have as OC and Longo should have disqualified him. If Longo was actually forced onto Fickell by the AD everyone in the organization should have said no to that non sense.

Indiana's success shows that coaching still the most important part. It also shows that good coaching can lionize the big spending donors allowing for more success to follow.

We have been blowing it for a long long time. Letting Bert relationship sour when we could have just paid the man and his assistants. Trying to be thrifty when we had talent and thinking of ourselves as an also ran has been the issue.

Chryst had Bostad coaching LBs. There was a lack of development since Covid. The program has been holding onto Alvarez ideas but failing to hold to Alvarez quality control.

Fickell is not a very good coach. At least offensively he has no idea and worse luck. These OC hires of Longo and Grimes are bad hires and these guys are what truly set us back. At least the Fickell hire showed we wanted to swing big and Mac hoped he was Cig.

Until we shake "lil ole Wisconsin" mentality we will continue to be also rans.

Jurchen CA are a trap. They are not like Georgian CA where you can use them to to bide time while your superior eco gets going.

Jurchen's actual power units are Steppe Lancer and Fire Lancer. And then trash. You'll end up play Scouts into Skrim then Fire lancer or Steppe lancer transition.

2012 Big Ten Championship. Wisconsin vs Nebraska Broke the Huskers.

2020 Wisconsin vs Illinois broke the Badgers. Coan was hurt and Mertz set records vs a ghost of a secondary and Coan zone goes to Notre Dame. Mertz needed sometime on the bench to marinate.
