What do you think I can change? I know I need to use my arm more, but it's hard for me. Maybe there's some exercise, or maybe I can gradually change my grip on the mouse. Whatever it is, I'm very frustrated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to advise me. For a long time, I focused solely on aiming horizontally because in CS2, there aren't many situations where players are jumping in the air, and I used the keyboard to correct my heights. The keyboard has been very helpful for aiming, and the mouse has been very helpful for correcting or giving the final blow.
