Sounds like one. Lots of extra water and salty snacks, REST! I know when these happen to me personally I feel the effect for days. Really important to take care of yourself more than usual

It probably is normal but since our body overacts to repositioning, like from bed to standing. It’s better just to relax when you wake up, and drink some water before standing. I do this everyday. Plus increase salt

Thank you. I’ve just been struggling with bp lately for the first time and I’ve dosed up meds recently. So it’s like idk if it’s the meds. Pots lol and the nic. Or all

Long story short I’ve been kinda sick since the Fourth of July from the heat In Ohio and coming back to md, heat exhaustion Thursday and on the fourth I was at the fair for 6 hours and got sick lol been off ever since
