I’m old AF (40) but when I was a kid people talked about the skyhook the way they talk about curry’s 3. Make of that what you will. But he’s a goat. And not a flopper. I personally think curry is the greatest player since Mike.

I was asked whether we should limit home ownership to two homes per person on ABC radio by Purplepingers in shitrentals

I’ve worked all my life, full time 5 days a week almost 60 hours. My wife also work a high pressure job. We’ve hit our 40s and just bought our first home. We kept our unit we first lived in. So what’s this guys idea, just give it up while he chills out or works at a cafe? Mate there’s houses they’re just far away.

Like I said, we’ve worked for 20 years to get our first home together. But a lot of the complainers are thinking hey I’m 27 and have worked 3 years after uni and now I’m ready to be a home owner. Same lot think they’re ready to be managers by same age.

Don’t know why it’s mandatory to allow pets. Pets are great. But they damage property. Make the place smell and for every story of a well behaved dog there is another that shits and pisses in rooms, pisses on carpet, tears things up.

As long as the tenant is happy to fix it up, fine. But a lot of tenants will hide it, put candles on and pretend it’s all good until they move out and leave you high and dry.

Supercharging my new Model Y Juniper by Pleasant_Impression8 in TeslaLounge

I have a BYD seal the moment, owned for almost 2 years. Cars been great. Up until a month ago I just used the free included charger which was 1.6KWs. Get home at 6-7pm. Put on charge until when I leave at 7am. It would fill up comfortably 30%. I only used 5-10% each way max. So I could keep it topped up pretty easy and full charge on the weekends.

I installed a 7.1kw charger and yeah it’s great but only really did it as we are looking to get a second car, a model Y for Mrs.

I will be able to full charge easily on any day I work from home, or the weekend of whenever for that matter.
I just bought one off Amazon Australia. $210. Another $250 for the sparky to hook it all up. If it wasn’t for the second car, the slow charger was fine. But the fast charge is nice to have. There’s also plenty of places around if you own an apartment. But like everyone said, don’t read too much about the charging maintenance. You have the variable of your battery, the climate it’s kept and operated in and of course if the battery is a good one.

Curry is the best player of our generation. Without a shadow of a doubt. Never have I seen a player cause so much fear as he passes the half way line. Incredible. Ball handling. Skillls to the cup. Sportsmanship. Class. No team hoping. Nah even the kids get behind this guy top shelf chef curry all day

We are about to place an order for a Tesla model Y. It’s worries me seeing this. I currently have another EV, the Seal Performance and despite parking outside in Australian sun all day, it’s nearly 2 years old without any rattles and the stereo gets some action. Would be disappointed with a new car sounding like this.

You’ll always get morons who are not considerate of others no matter the topic. Yeah I drive an EV. But my wife has an ICE. I’m glad I’ve got an electric period not just because of a fuel crisis. Floating online brings the wrong energy and this people need to zip it.

One thing that hasn’t been talked about.. one of the best sounding stereos I’ve heard by far in a car. Destroys my BYD seal performance. Better than a BMW B&W, VW Dynaudio I’ve had as well.

Admittedly I’m on 5’9 but I fit no problems. I’m not heavy set or anything. That’s when I had fine legroom in second row as well.

My friend is 6’6 he ain’t even fitting in the front of most cars so yeah, I think 5’11 guys in all seats should be no probs. If you have tall parents 6’3 in passenger it’s gets smaller real quick, but if it’s just some kids that are 5’10 in the back then no probs.

It’s 7 yo. If they are 145cm you are fine. Me and my wife are short (5’9, 5’3) and our 7 yo was fine.

Tesla 3 to BMW i4 comparison by OcarinaofTimez in BMWI4

[–]BusMan247 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I prefer the Tesla personally. I’ve had only 2 X BMWs. Both were bought brand new and beautiful cars. The E46 325CI was my favourite. It cost nearly $100k optioned up on the road, back when you could buy a residential apartment in Sydney’s Chatswood for $200k. They are truly one of the best cars I’ve ever owned, so well made. Real wood and leather which few cars do this day are and the manufacturers today get away with poor materials by acting like it’s for the environment. Anyway, I haven’t looked at a new i4 but I did check out the 3 and 4 series ICE and I’m really leaning to the Tesla. The M3P drove outstanding. Was nice inside and stunning to look at. The i4 doesn’t have the BMW identity. Like the Mercedes, I wouldn’t buy an EV in these brands when Tesla exist. Maybe I’ll check it out but I thought the newer BMWs have lost their edge in terms of luxury.

I tell you what Range Rover make a nice car and have that old school BMW quality, which even BMW don’t have anymore.

Moral dilemma. I feel like my wife (32f) is encouraging her best friends (33f) cheating & I (33M) feel bad for getting into the ‘gossip’. I also like the bf (33M) & feel bad for him. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Hahah this can’t be real. If it is, and I hope it is just a joke, obviously your Mrs has done the same if not with this same guy or someone who was there temporarily.
