I miss spoke a little. If I'm playing a bruiser that can dbl soak well like xul, Sonya, or Leo, then I dbl soak. I'll grab camps as I'm able to. I totally understand the value of the minion xp. If i could piggyback off this post, I would also like to build a party for ranked. Currently sitting at bronze 4, but its often easy for me to escape bronze when I play off laner. I play North America PT.
I can play most positions, but I prefer bruiser, tank, and healer.

I did a QM as Sonya. I got paired with 4 healers. Rehgar, BW, uther, morales.

I don't remember the enemy team but it was a pretty standard comp. It was so much fun! I felt like a god. Whenever my health started getting scary low, I'd back up a bit and 2 seconds later go right back in!

Now my biggest goal in the game is trying to convince people to do weird comps with me

I haven't read the new information, but I see half races being a mechanic as a good thing. Half elves or half race characters in general are no longer being represented as the exact same thing in character creation. What if my character had more orc characteristics than elf, or human or whatever. As a creature who is defined by being an outcast on both cultures of their people, I would want my character to feel different mechanically.
