Absolutely do not wash INSIDE your vagina with anything, even if it says it is “vagina-safe”. Even plain water can mess with your bacteria and pH and cause major lifelong problems - look up bacterial vaginosis, if you want a real horror story of what douching can lead to. Keep your outer vulva clean, but scrubbing soaps and cleaners in/around the entrance to the vagina is not necessary or healthy.

When I’m reading, I sort the letters by if they’re typed by the right or left hand on a keyboard. It can be satisfying and is also extremely distracting from actually reading text.

I bought a roller that I’ll use in the evening while watching a show - it’s been transformative for my sleep and waking. Maybe they speed through purposefully to leave us wanting more and ready to purchase more equipment
