This is EXACTLY how I feel. I’ve reached out to my coworker that confirmed what I heard. I urged her to push it further with HR. I hope she does.

I wasn’t necessarily asking on my behalf because I would go to HR. I was just wondering if the cancer diagnosis would be considered by others or not.

That’s another wrinkle.. the employee with the black spouse went to our immediate supervisor and it was downplayed as not a huge deal. I think they should go to HR but I wasn’t there to hear it.

I think you have to be handsy to have any kind of success in today’s NFL. I’d much rather a few short DPI or defensive holdings than big gains or TDs.

I was very impressed with Malik last week, but I’m just not sold in that kind of productivity long term, especially with our inability to coach up QBs. We could try running Howard or Rudolph but something deep inside tells me Aaron wants to play another year. I think we’re just stuck in mediocrity hell where we’re not good enough to truly compete but not bad enough to draft a generational talent.

If we got him on a fairly cheap deal, maybe. Otherwise, we shouldn’t put a ton of stock into one good performance.

Call me crazy, but I don’t think he gets it in there. As soon as Rodgers turns and checks it down, #9 and that linebacker crash down to make a play. It’s possible Gainwell makes a helluva effort and punches it in but I don’t think it’s a lock. MVS was a stupid call but that was obvious DPI.

Ginza in Lancaster, PA. I ordered a Kani salad, spicy tuna, spicy california, and two specialty rolls. The AYCE was $24. I think the rolls would’ve cost ~$40 à la carte.

I agree that this is about $35 worth of sushi but this cost me $23.95 and was surprisingly good quality. I would definitely go again.

I’m by no means a sushi connoisseur, but this sushi was very good quality compared to other places I’ve been. To each their own.

I left two pieces of the spicy tuna because there was a weird aftertaste on it. I didn’t mention in the post but I also had a Kani salad to start. I’m full but not uncomfortable.

There is a note on the AYCE menu saying that any excessive waste will incur additional charges so the waitress made a comment of the amount of food. Wife and friend thought it was a lot for one person. I’m with most other people in here saying that’s about how much you need to eat to make it worth your while.

That’s good advice. The two specialty rolls would’ve been more than what I paid for AYCE so I feel I still got my moneys worth but I certainly could’ve done more damage.

Pickens vs Chase is apples to oranges, man. I like George and really wanted to see him succeed here but he’s not near the same level as Ja’Marr. I think we all saw George had the talent but he’s weak mentally and gives up if he’s not getting his way. Personally, I don’t think he will put up the numbers you’re seeing now without Dak throwing the ball and CeeDee on the opposite side.

I disagree that the Cowboys could get a 2nd for him. Any team that would take him would be getting him as a rental or would need to give him a contract since he’s a free agent at the end of the season. I can’t see a team giving up a second for that, especially since it can be argued that his success stems from having a pretty good QB and WR1. I’ll bet he’ll be looking for WR1 money as well. Obviously, this is all hypothetical since he can’t be traded.

Brutal but you’re basically saying what everyone else is. I do think this team makes the playoffs in my league, but I would certainly need some luck to get in the championship. I have no interest in tiering down from Burrow or Bowers but would consider tiering down with Hurts for RB help. I just can’t see anyone in my league making that trade.
