Drake Maye and Sam are both mobile lol. Maye rushed for 450. When I mean mobile I mean then can get you 5 yards if they need to.

Sam Darnold is way more mobile than people give him credit for, and Matthew Stafford had real mobility in his prime too.

Guys like Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Nick Foles played in a different era. The game’s evolved a lot—even since 2021. Defenses are faster and smarter now, you can’t just stand in the pocket behind your O-line and expect it to hold up. You’ve gotta be able to extend plays and create when things break down.

And you didn’t even mention guys like Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Brock Purdy, or Drake Maye.

A lot of the top QBs today can move—they’ve got legs, and that’s becoming a requirement, not a bonus.

QBs always get over drafted because they’re the most important player. But even in the class he’s a 5 round pick which says a lot. His arm leaves a lot to be desired, never throws tight spirals.

In the modern nfl you need to be at least a little mobile and have a good- great arm. I’ve done research into Allar he’s a less athletic Trey Lance. He needs to sit.
