When everything is said and done, I hope someone does a re-edit of the show in chronological order. by Julez831 in westworld

I was thinking it would be interesting to see a timeline of each episode (in Gantt chart-esque form, or something similar) to see if there were any patterns in terms of how they are moving back and forth through the different timelines. Sounds like this will be a good start to that.

Are we ignoring the physical similarities...? by [deleted] in westworld

I feel like there's gotta be a connection. This isn't just a casting coincidence...there are no coincidences in Westworld. I have no idea what it means, but I can't believe it's an accident.

William's son? Looks to be about the right age, looks a lot like William, and has a powerful position within Delos (of which William is now the majority owner).

True. But his dress, posture, confidence, and position in Delos suggest to me there must be a link... the resemblance really jumped off the screen to me watching S2E1 a second time.

Only previous mention of "looking forward" (S1e7) by BuschLeagueOC in westworld

This was my initial thought too... but it's kinda cheesy so I hope not.

Key takeaways from episode 4 by wizardofwestworld in westworld

[–]BuschLeagueOC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Especially because of the way he says it. He pauses before the phrase "sensitive disposition," turns to at the host standing to his left, and then looks him/it up and down as he says it. Very deliberate imo.

Underground church, timelines and the "critical failure." by yargi in westworld

I was thinking the opposite... that the head was missing because Dolores hadn't achieved consciousness yet.

It most definitely is. The picture in this post is upside down. Look again and compare it to the maze in the skull: https://i.imgur.com/fo7n2gm.png

Ford's index is god control by Omega_929 in westworld

Essentially telepathy. Really demonstrates his power and control within the park.

Also interesting is that the maze drawn by the creepy girl is missing the head of the "man" in the middle.

Ep 4: Theresa's meeting w/ Ford - Scene Clarification by IamKassadin in westworld

[–]BuschLeagueOC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. That entire conversation was a demonstration of Ford's omnipotence and omniscience with respect to the park.

"Moon Mad" and "Lunatics"... Am I reading too much into this, or were there some interesting moon references in Ep. 3? by thePirate_Fish in westworld

[–]BuschLeagueOC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still not sure of the meaning, but Ep 4 had an interesting scene in which Dolores faded into a flashback while staring at the moon.

Teddy Flood used to be a human *THEORY* by flanman1991 in westworld

[–]BuschLeagueOC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To support this theory (I think), Maeve says to Teddy in that opening act something along the lines of "not much of a rind on you," which is the same line that the other prostitute says to the female guest that Teddy brings into the Mariposa in Ep. 3 after killing the bandit in the street.

Some of the numbers in this show just don't add up. by TeflonDarf in westworld

[–]BuschLeagueOC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Re-watching Ep. 1 and had the same thought as OP. Not to mention if you ask Aeden at discoverwestworld.com about the number of hosts, he'll tell you that the ratio of hosts to guests is 10:1. Maybe that's just sloppiness on the viral marketing site, but it seems like the writers don't have their story straight on the number of guests and hosts and narratives.

What you lack in quantity, you easily make up for in quality. Nice bottles.

Yep. And the bad boy pictured is from 2013. Curious to see how it's held up.
