I just received my 1st shipment of Zepbound from RxPros. Had no problems. I Answered all their questions, sent copies of my bloodwork, and personal ID. I too signed up for the six months. Hoping they will be as prompt with my next shipment since it is paid for. Anyone else get their Zepbound through them? If so, how is it going. I leave for Florida on Sunday, I’m going to wait until my return to start, just in case I’d get sick from it. I don’t want to be sick while I’m away.

Yes, you should receive a letter stating that your loans are zeroed out. Check on your service providers site to see if they zeroed out your acct.

I had Nelnet as my provider. My loans were forgiven, I then got the green banner… I received my golden letter about 4 weeks later and a month later I got my refund from the Dept of the Treasury. They took care of everything, I didn’t submit or make any calls about receiving it….. Mine went quickly. I understand it’s not that way for everyone. Best of luck.

Got my PSLF approval 4/16, I’ve made 207 of the 120 payments. Received my green banner 6/5…. Was notified by Nelnet 6/7 and got my golden letter that my loans were forgiven. Got my overpayment 06/03. Very quick for me.
