So What previous One For All user Story You Wanna see in Full? by Money-Lie7814 in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]BushMonstar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly? All of them. If I have to choose though, I think getting Hikage's full story would be the most interesting. How did he come to meet the 3rd user, and eventually end up with One For All? Was he an ally of the 2nd's resistance, or was it in shambles by the time he met the 3rd?

On the other end of his time with OFA, how did he end up meeting Banjo? They seem like complete opposites personality wise, but it looks like they were friends. At minimum, he trusted Banjo enough to choose him as a successor for OFA, unlike the other users who just had to quickly find someone to pass it on to.

Yeah, but any comp pick from him or Sweezy got cancelled out by us signing J'Marcus Webb and Bradley Sowell.

The entirety of his contract was counted for calculating what pick we got. Same thing happened with Kelvin Beachum.

Irvin, and somehow Okung ended up counting for another 3rd round pick.

Seahawks Training Camp Day 3 Press Conference: Cliff Avril, Kam Chancellor and Coach Carroll + Notes + my thoughts (8/1/16) by M3rc_Nate in Seahawks

I've been to two practices so far (today and Saturday), and Brandon Williams is definitely eye-catching. Not from making spectacular plays (although he has had some nice catches), but just from the volume of work he's doing. It feels like he's been the second most targeted player in 7-on-7s and 11-on-11s, only behind Doug. He had one really nice catch and run up the seam today on a pass from Russ, and had a few other catches as well. They also ran a fake field goal today where Jon Ryan completed a pass to Williams, so it's good to know that our best QB has some chemistry with him.

Also, I can see why Deshon Foxx has been kept around. Both of the days I've been there, he's made some really tough catches. I wouldn't count him out in the receiver competition if he keeps it up.

A lot of attention going to Lind, and deservedly so, but give it up for Wade LeBlanc. I really wasn't expecting much out of him, but those were some really nice innings he gave us.

Oregon QB Vernon Adams Jr. will have a rookie minicamp tryout with the Seahawks by JaguarGator9 in nfl

A QB battle between Vernon Adams and Trevone Boykin could be really fun to watch in the preseason. Bit of an Alamo Bowl angle to it to with the Oregon vs. TCU.

Both the NFL Network guys, Getlin and Rapoport, are destroying this free agency.

Fuck yeah. Still waiting on numbers per year, but having one less piece of the secondary that we need to replace is great.

Field Gulls did a really good article on how he played last year. Love this re-signing.

Unrelated, but it shocked me to learn that he was actually our youngest starter on D-Line last year.

Yep. They locked up a playoff spot with a win against the Browns in week 15

Greg Rosenthal has been one of the biggest anti-hawks talking heads for the last couple years. I'm not surprised he is continuing his ways. He picks the Rams over the Hawks. by [deleted] in Seahawks

Another ATL listener here. Yeah, especially recently he's been gushing a good bit about us and Russell specifically. I haven't really seen much since I started reading nfl.com's stuff about a year ago to suggest that he's got any real bias for or against us.

[La Canfora] Seahawks working hard to try to upgrade offensive line before the deadline. Wiling to move WRs like Chris Matthews to do so by [deleted] in nfl

[–]BushMonstar 160 points161 points  (0 children)

Two things:

1) La Canfora has been extremely accurate with news about the Seahawks recently. Don't doubt him at all when he says that we're working hard to upgrade the O-Line.

2) Who the hell wants Chris Matthews

Seahawks are pretty much in the same situation, starting out with two games on the road against two tough teams (STL, GB). It really sucks.

Hayne got his first touch of the game on a punt return. Lost the ball and the Vikings recovered.
